If you are going to make a medical claim you should do so sooner rather than later. There is a 3 year time limit for issuing court proceedings, but if you leave it too late there will not be enough time to make a proper investigation.

I offer a free preliminary consultation, and I will tell you honestly whether I believe you have a case that should be investigated. If you decide not to go ahead (or just do not like my face!) you will owe me nothing.

I will generally be able to visit you in your home (in the evening or at weekends if that is more convenient) to discuss your case if you live in the Norfok area.
