Introduction

I am a solicitor with more than 35 years of experience in the law, much of it in dealing with medical and serious injury cases. I have been involved in running a number of important public cases (including Gulf War claims, MMR vaccine claims and claims involving organophosphates).

My stepdaughter was seriously injured as a result of medical negligence when she was very young (she is now in her 20s), so I am very familiar with the consequences of negligence on family life.

I am a solicitor consultant with Scott-Moncrieff, Harbour & Sinclair (known as SCOMO) – a firm of solicitors with a difference, with virtually all the solicitors and lawyers in the firm working from offices at their homes.

I run my cases from my home-office in North Norfolk. This enables me to be completely flexible in the way I handle cases. I can deal with cases in the evenings, early mornings or weekends (and often do!). See "How I can help"
